American Volunteer Dan Engle speaks to Ukrainian Students

In Kalus Яkomu Lyceum No. 2 was held classes for students of 9-a and 9-b classes by teachers duplej tatiana yaroslavivna, maksimív leseû mironívna and kostik irina mykolaivna.

Especially valuable was the presence of a volunteer from America, a speaker of the language Dan Engle. His participation made the lesson alive and deeper. For children, it was not just a language practice – it was a real experience of dialogue, openness, understanding.

We talked about trust, security, respect, honesty, and choice. About love to parents, friends, to your country. And the most important thing is to yourself.

Students did not repeat empty phrases, they thought, compared, asked questions, learned to formulate what is usually felt but seldom spoken. It was a conversation of love without stereotypes.

Without template notions and superficial associations.

We are truly glad that such meetings become part of our educational space.

Because school is not just about subjects.

It’s all about values. About thinking. About the inner culture.
